Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to participate in, and host, one of SEEAG’s Sprouting Minds Webinars. The purpose of these webinars is to provide students and our community at large with information, resources, and inspiration regarding agriculture and its contribution to our nutritional wellbeing.
description of activities
Throughout the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year and through the summer of 2020, SEEAG aims to provide students, parents, teachers, and interested community members with the opportunity to learn about agriculture and food from experts like yourself.
Each webinar will be approximately 30 minutes, including a 15-20 minute presentation and 10+ minutes for questions or discussion (subject to change depending on webinar topic and format).
In order to be respectful of your time, and to ensure a sense of cohesiveness in the series, we would love to make the powerpoint presentation that will accompany your discussion. After you fill out this enrollment form, please submit any relevant pictures, videos, or documents you would like to include in the presentation or provide for webinar attendees to caitlin@seeag.org. If you are unable to provide any photos, SEEAG will secure photos for you.
SEEAG will send you a copy of the presentation a week before your scheduled webinar date so that you can familiarize yourself with the slides, and we will be more than happy to make any changes that you suggest at that time.
In order to provide the best webinar experience possible for our attendees, we ask that you consider setting aside thirty minutes of your time prior to the date of the webinar to practice your presentation with us in the Zoom application. During this trial run we will ensure that your internet connection is adequate, the presentation slides are formatted correctly, and that you are familiar with the Zoom application.
